AI Operations, Implemented

AI that drafts your reports, follows up your leads, and handles the work your team shouldn't be doing manually.

We audit your busywork, build your knowledge base, wire up the workflows, and measure the hours back — live in 2–4 weeks, plugged into Claude Cowork and the tools you already use.

Our Process

Simple Steps

I

Audit

We study your team's week and find 10–15 hours of routine work that's actually automatable.

II

Build & Deploy

We structure your knowledge base, build 3–5 workflows, and test everything before it goes live.

III

Train & Manage

We train your team, set human-review rules, and report the before/after numbers every quarter.

Our Services

Where the hours actually go

Draft Documents Faster

Estimates, proposals, contracts, and client replies drafted in minutes — a human reviews and sends.

Automate Follow-Ups

Sequenced follow-ups that run on schedule, so leads and clients never go quiet by accident.

Process Documents

Extract fields, summarize files, and prep reviews from resumes, leases, invoices, and reports.

Clean Up Records

Keep your CRM, pipeline, and tenant or client records accurate without manual re-entry.

Weekly Reporting

Owner reports, board packets, and pipeline summaries drafted automatically, reviewed in minutes.

Strategy & Implementation

We find your highest-ROI automation opportunities and build them — typically live in 2–4 weeks.

Positioning

Honesty is the pitch

What we actually deliver

  • A process audit that finds real, specific hours — not a sales estimate.
  • A structured knowledge base built from your actual documents.
  • 3–5 workflows, live, tied to schedules and the tools you use.
  • Trained staff and a written human-review rule for every workflow.
  • A before/after number you can defend to a partner or a lender.

What we don't promise

  • Not a phone system or a 24/7 auto-responder — we handle documents and drafts, not calls.
  • No specific % savings before a pilot — we measure first, then we talk numbers.
  • No sensitive personal data (health, legal, financial) without the right agreements in place first.
  • No legally-weighted draft ever goes out without a human signing off.
In Practice

Same method, different day-to-day

Recruiter Throughput System

Recruiters lose 40–60% of their day to text work: reformatting resumes, writing boolean strings, drafting outreach, building weekly client reports. Every extra day to submittal is a candidate a competing agency can steal.

Resume → submittal draft JD + boolean + outreach Interview packs Weekly pipeline reports

Rule: Cowork drafts, the recruiter reviews and sends. It never contacts candidates directly.

Research Operations at an international fintech company, focused on turning messy feedback into clear findings

We're not new to either side of this business — the research discipline that tells you what's actually broken, and the product experience that tells you what's worth fixing first. One of us has spent years turning messy user feedback into clear, decision-ready findings; the other has spent a career shipping products end-to-end, from first spec to the fixes that come after launch. We started this company because we kept seeing the same gap: teams that knew something was wrong, but no one who could translate that into what to build next. This company is where those two things meet.

Questions

Before you ask

Is this just reselling a Claude subscription?+
No — you pay Anthropic directly for the software, at list price, with no markup from us. We're paid for the audit, the knowledge base, the workflows, training, and ongoing support. That split is deliberate: it removes the incentive for us to oversell seats.
What if the pilot doesn't show real savings?+
If we can't show at least 5 hours/week saved during the two-week pilot, you get your money back. We measure a baseline on day one and a controlled measurement at the end — no estimates, no hand-waving.
Can this handle sensitive data — health records, tax filings, insurance claims?+
We start with non-sensitive workflows in any regulated area. Anything involving protected health information requires a signed BAA and Enterprise-level terms with Anthropic first — we won't touch that data before those agreements are in place. Legally-weighted drafts (tax, insurance, contracts) always route through a human for sign-off.
Do you replace staff or integrate with our phone system?+
Neither. This is not an autoresponder or a phone system — it's a way to make your existing team faster at the document and communication work that eats their day. Every workflow that talks to a customer or vendor goes out as a draft a human reviews.
How long until it's actually running?+
A pilot workflow is usually live within the first few days. A full implementation — audit, knowledge base, 3–5 workflows, training — typically takes 3 to 5 weeks depending on scope.

Who This Is For

SMBs that know something's slowing the team down but aren't sure what to fix first.

  • Missing calls or slow to follow up on leads
  • Buried in intake forms, contracts, invoices
  • Answering the same questions daily
  • Stuck on manual CRM updates and handoffs

A Good First Workflow

Frequent, measurable, and easy to review — clear inputs, repeatable decisions, obvious next steps.

Strong: lead intake, missed-call follow-up, support triage, invoice processing, CRM cleanup.
Weak: vague strategy, high-stakes calls with no review, messy or unowned processes.

On the Call

30 minutes, not a sales pitch.

  • Where your team loses the most time
  • Best first candidate workflow, if any
  • A rough sense of effort and impact
  • No fit? We'll tell you — no follow-up pitch
